I saved a custom item in my cart/wishlist/registry. How can I go back and edit it?

If you recently created the custom item and you are still on the same computer/browser, then you may be able to keep pressing your Back button until you get back to your original form and make the necessary changes. However, if some time has passed since you saved the item, there is not a way to go back and edit it. We understand that this is inconvenient and frustrating. We are working with our technical department to make saved items editable in the near future.

In the meantime, you have a few options:
  1. Continue the checkout process with your jacket as is, then when you get to the final screen, type the necessary changes in the Comments box at the bottom of the last page just above the final Checkout button, or
  2. Call us at 1-866-224-7335 (M-F 12-6pm EST) and we can pull up your account, make note of the necessary changes, and complete your order over the phone, or
  3. You can just redo the order from scratch online.
Again, we know this is inconvenient and it would be ideal if you could just edit the item on your own; we are working on this. For now, we are happy to help you get the order details in correctly. Remember, we will email you a proof after you place the order, so you will still have a chance to make sure everything is exactly how you want it before you approve the final design.
